WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?

The study of energy in the human body is thousands of years old, described in many ways, from chakras mentioned in ancient Hindu texts to meridians, the foundation of Chinese medicine. 

Our energetic bodies, which hold our imprinted memories of experiences and relationships, are intimately connected to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

When energy is stuck, stagnation occurs. Energy healing is based on the principle that removing energetic blocks allows the body’s essential life force to flow so that its natural processes can heal itself.

My purpose in energy healing is to increase your personal wellness so you may navigate your life - the challenges and the joys - with more ease, grace, and intention. 

Drawing on different modalities for your healing, in connection with universal source energy, I attune your energy vibrations to clear and rebalance your energetic system and get to the root of what is holding you back. Restoring the integrity of your energy field not only brings you more vitality, space, and creativity, it also lights the path to your inner wisdom, and brings you closer to your authentic self. I work clairvoyantly with a series of energetic tools, many of which I teach you during our sessions together, so you can create your own supportive energy health practice. 

Since every healing session is different, I adapt my techniques to your comfort level, operating always with the highest integrity as a healing practitioner. Regular energy healings can have a profound impact on your mind, body, heart, and soul. This work takes guts and the willingness to heal, but the end result will be worth it: you will be clear, energized, and inspired to create a life you love. 

JANET’S PRACTICE After a traumatic life event in 2003, the need to heal myself led me to my path of healing others. I feel called to heal something every day. I’m honored to have studied from many respected and well-known teachers, including intuitive development and mediumship under the advisory of the Berkley Psychic Institute. Additionally, I am certified in Alchemic Past Life Regression Therapy.
